Key responsibilities Plan and execute healthcare projects from initiation through completion, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables Lead cross-functional project teams, facilitating meetings and building consensus among diverse stakeholders Gather and document business and operational requirements, while identifying and resolving project risks and issues Required qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience, particularly in healthcare delivery settings Experience managing projects in a large enterprise/ePMO environment Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders Strong requirements gathering experience with operational leaders and frontline stakeholders Experience using standard project management methodologies, tools, and software
