Austin Hardware & Supply, Inc. seeks an experienced technical Customer Service Rep to join our team in Buford, GA. We take great pride in solving our customer's problems and require a technical mind to work through those problems.
We have 11,000 parts we distribute throughout the country with 11 locations. You must have good written communication skills using Microsoft Office products, especially Excel spreadsheets. Verbal communication should include empathy for our customers.
Do you consider yourself someone who enjoys helping others, has a sense of urgency to get things done and off your plate, and has a high degree of paying attention to the details and conforming to policy, rules, and regulations? You might be perfect for this role.
