Architectural Designer Cline On June 1, 2026, Mark Odom Studio officially transitioned to the Cline brand as part of Cline’s growing national design platform. Clients will continue working with the same Austin-based team while gaining access to expanded interdisciplinary resources across architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, planning, branding, and FF&E procurement. We partner with clients to shape places people truly experience—homes, neighborhoods, communities, and workplaces that feel intentional, human, and rooted in purpose. We’re always looking for curious, collaborative teammates: people who communicate clearly, take pride in craft, and believe the best ideas get better when disciplines work side-by-side. If you’re drawn to thoughtful design, strong relationships, and a culture that supports growth (and celebrates wins along the way), we’d love to connect. Our Austin office is seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our busy, growing team. We are particularly interested in candidates who feel that they have outgrown their current position and are looking for a higher level of responsibility and independence, and are excited to join a firm where they are supported and encouraged to grow.
